I must say-- I can't say my accuracy is 100% on with this practice, but this practice has certainly built up my skill dramatically over time. Just imagine how better I'll become after a couple more takes. ;)
I've been in a Tony Moore mood recently so I decided that last week, and this week, I would copy art from my Walking Dead hardcover edition with his work on it. It is certainly a big improvement on my part-- especially since I'm paying attention to more details.
Nothing much but two other pencil drawings-- one of myself and another Walking Dead practice piece that i copied from my comic I Have.
I'm really proud of how the the facial practice drawing above turned out-- it's much better than the first attempt at drawing myself that I'm embarrassed of posting... ;)
Because I was in the copying mood, I decided to draw this design art, originally drawn by Tony Moore, of Rick Grimes and his family from the Walking Dead.
The Gideon comic is still on the way-- so stick around. ;)
