Spectacular (Peter Park dressed up as) Spiderman

Once again, I have completed another submission for the College Paper that is attached to an article about a speaker who came to campus here at Nyack.

I really dig the inking job here, but I feel the face is too angular and needs more distinction of style and shape.

Thoughts?

Emma design

This coming tuesday, Tom Bancroft (Disney animator and freelance artist) will be hosting another Animation webinar at 8 PM sharp.

This week's assignment was optional-- but I felt daring and decided to mess around with it.

I feel too lazy to say what it is, so I'll cheat by posting the link with the important information:

Dog's Blood

named after one of my favorite songs by Alexisonfire.

For some reason, this was one of the images that came to mind when I heard this song. XD

I Am Clayface, Arnoldo!

For those of you who haven't known this-- I've been in a Hey Arnold! mood.

Lately, I've been doing a lot of drawings of these characters I grew to love; and when I discovered Helga Pataki's voice actor, Francesca Smith, also did the voice of 'Annie' from the famous New Batman Adventures episode 'Growing Pains' (written by Paul Dini and Robert Goodman)--- I could not resist this drawing. XD

Cheers!

Back to school!

Hey folks. I just returned to Nyack college for another fall semester of fun and education, and I just uploaded the next assignment for the latest character mentor webinar I will be partaking on thursday. Behold the latest and greatest character for this assignment...Trusty.
Mr. Bancroft wanted us to interpret a character idea for a fictional company that he's working for and wanted to see how we worked with it.

Now that that's out of the way, I need to focus on reorganizing my room and get stuff prepared for this year.

But I will get back to you asap on my reflections.

Hello, he's the Nostalgia Critic...

This week there's no new Nostalgia Critic, but that doesn't mean his new movie, To Boldly Flee isn't airing soon.

I haven't seen the other TGWTG movies, but this one looks awesome. I may not see it yet when it airs, because I'd like to see the other films, but I wish Doug good luck with the outcome of his hard work. ;)

new webinar!

Well folks. There's going to be another webinar this thursday, held by Mr. Bancroft again. As you know, I will be attending, and have one of my character assignments ready for the event. ;)

This character, TheoloJer is actually a little internet personality idea that I may pursue over the fall. Much like internet reviewers such as the Nostalgia Critic, Linkara, Spoony, etc. This character reviews movies that fall under the banner of religion-- both good and bad (but mostly bad ;) ).

A few months back, I created this video to promote the concept:

So be on the lookout for a review by this character sometime in the near future. ;)

And I hope to see you soon at the Tom Bacroft Character Mentor workshop.

For more information, check the Character Mentor Studio website and register if you'd like to:

Cheers...
