It's Helga-- doh!

Still on a Hey Arnold! train. There was a drawing contest going on in the fanclub on facebook, so I decided to submit this portrait of Helga Pataki for the contest. :)

It's leagues ahead of what I did months back. :)

Spectacular (Peter Park dressed up as) Spiderman

Once again, I have completed another submission for the College Paper that is attached to an article about a speaker who came to campus here at Nyack.

I really dig the inking job here, but I feel the face is too angular and needs more distinction of style and shape.

Thoughts?

Two Timid Tomboys

Helga Pataki and Gosalyn Mallard
Two of my favorite tomboys together at last! Don't they look cute with their handmade weapons? XD

A little Spirit

Before

After
Last week was Will Eisner week and I've been trying to devote my time learning the works of Will Eisner.

What do you think? Good? Bad? You decide.

I Made the Paper!!

Once again, my latest Publication made the latest issue of the Forum that came out last week.

Sorry I didn't get it to you guys sooner.

Enjoy!

VeggieTales 20th Anniversary

Word on the street is Creflo Dollar's church is hosting a 20th Anniversary party for VeggieTales. All I can say is that if a con artist like him is behind the event, you can tell this can't be good news for the poor veggies. XD

Hopefully, here's to another 20 years of VeggieTales folks!

More Moore

Tony Moore

Me

I must say-- I can't say my accuracy is 100% on with this practice, but this practice has certainly built up my skill dramatically over time. Just imagine how better I'll become after a couple more takes. ;)

Gideon comic (part 11)

At least one or two parts left and I'm done uploading. ;)

Walking Dead practice art

I've been in a Tony Moore mood recently so I decided that last week, and this week, I would copy art from my Walking Dead hardcover edition with his work on it. It is certainly a big improvement on my part-- especially since I'm paying attention to more details.

Gideon comic (part 10)

I know it's taking me a while to live up to my promise-- but I'm still keeping myself accountable for it. Here is part 10!

(And yes, I'm aware that the last page is tilted a little.)

Part 11 to come in the future...

Them Bones-- a short comic

This is a short 3 page comic that I am submitting to this year's issue of my college magazine, the Fine Print. It was a real challenge to get it in in such a huge crunch of time pressure. But I'm hoping the payoff will be worth it for this comic if it gets published. :)

Move it, Bucko!

This has been the thought of my mind for a bit so I decided what better way to celebrate my Fandom of Helga Pataki than to draw her via Hellboy style. ;)

Thus, making her 'HellGa Pataki' XD

Happy Belated Valentines Day!!

Just a little something to tide myself over for the holiday this holiday. ;)

WHY?!

This picture was inspired by a bad chapel service I went to. The speaker's theme was about the 'Where' 'What' and the 'How'-- but he didn't addressed the 'Why'. Which leaves me at this question--- 'Why?!'

Why is one of the greatest questions that has ever been asked in human history!!!

Gideon comic (part 9)

As promised! Still more to come, folks! I feel too lazy to commentate. Feel free to leave comments.

Emma design

This coming tuesday, Tom Bancroft (Disney animator and freelance artist) will be hosting another Animation webinar at 8 PM sharp.

This week's assignment was optional-- but I felt daring and decided to mess around with it.

I feel too lazy to say what it is, so I'll cheat by posting the link with the important information:

Dog's Blood

named after one of my favorite songs by Alexisonfire.

For some reason, this was one of the images that came to mind when I heard this song. XD

Billy Corgan 2.0

Just a little something I cooked up after I returned back to college.

Yeah-- I'm back on campus. Sorry I never updated anybody on that tidbit when I returned monday. I got busy with classes and have been working relentlessly to get started on school.

But this blog will continue to receive coverage of the year as it goes on. ;)
